Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All of our items are currently made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days (depending on your location). Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times and rates vary based on destination. Please note that customs fees may apply.

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We start processing your order quickly, but if you catch us within the first few hours, we’ll do our best to help. Email us at heather@radiant-minds.com ASAP.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email us at heather@radiant-minds.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through it.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Only one discount code can be used per order — choose the one that works best for you!

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts and are delivered instantly via email.
